About the Author
Alpana Kateja is a Professor of Economics at the University of Rajasthan and Principal of University Maharani College, Jaipur. With over 20 years of experience, she has also served at Banaras Hindu University and JNV University. Specializing in Quantitative Techniques, Dr. Kateja has published research in prominent journals and undertaken several projects on health and regional economics. She is the Convener for the University with Potential for Excellence (UPE) Study of Ecology and Economy of Rajasthan.
