Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹500 and above within India. For orders below ₹500, standard shipping charges will apply.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
International Orders: For international orders, we require 2 business days for processing before shipment.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday or the next available working day).

Delivery Time

Local Delivery:
- West Bengal & Delhi: 2 to 3 days
- Rest of India: 4 to 6 days
International Delivery:
- USA, Canada, and American Countries: 15 to 18 days
- European Countries: 14 to 17 days
- Japan: 11 to 13 days
- Australia: 15 to 20 days
- Rest of the World: 13 to 20 days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure that the details you provide are accurate before confirming your order.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order, as import duties and taxes can sometimes be significant, and we are unable to calculate these charges for you.

Tracking Your Order
