Returns and Refunds
Extensive quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our customers. In any case, if anything improper is found with the delivered products by Retail Maharaj, you can contact our customer service at our WhatsApp number +91-8468865271 or at our email id contactus@retailmaharaj.com and they will be more than happy to assist you reach a resolution.
Indian Customers:
If any product shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are asked by us to e-mail the images of the faulty/damaged packet, as soon as you open the packet. Once we receive the damaged packet, we will ship a duplicate order to you. In case the required product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
Anyways if the product(s) purchased is no more required by you, you can write to us in that regard at our WhatsApp number +91-8468865271 or contactus@retailmaharaj.com within 48 hours (2 days) of obtaining purchased order. You can also return the shipment, if unopened, for a repayment or gift voucher for the same amount. However, in such condition, we regret to inform that we would not be able to compensate for the shipping charges spend by you.
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, no cancellation charges are applicable. If the order has already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping charges on the order as applicable and refund the balance amount. If a customer puts the wrong pin code, shipping address or contact number, and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charges as applicable and do a partial refund within 10-15 working days after we receive the order.
Refunds will be issued through your preferred payment method (except cash transfers) or as coupons, as per your choice. In the case of NEFT, it would take 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your account through which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you request a return/exchange for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
