Shashtipada Chattopadhyay, born on 25th Falgun 1347 (March 1941) in Khurut, Howrah, is a renowned writer in Bengali literature. He began his literary career in his youth and earned fame with the Pandab Goyenda series, which began in 1981. The popularity of the series has led him to write several more books since then. A lover of adventure, his writings are inspired by his travels around the world. He continues to be a regular contributor to Anandamela, captivating young readers with his exciting narratives.
