Q: How to place orders at www.retailmaharaj.com?
A: Steps to place an order:
- Search the items which you want to order.
- Add those items to your "Shopping Cart".
- After reviewing your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
- You'll be prompted to enter your details like email, mobile number and address. If you are already registered with retailmaharaj.com, you will have the option to Log in. You can login using your registered credentials.
- Enter the address where you want to receive your order/select the Pickup store as per the availability by searching in the available criteria.
- Select the payment method, add the details and click on "Continue".
- Review your order and click on "Place your Order" button and Pay to complete the transaction.
Q: How to change quantity of orders in the cart?
A: To change the quantity for items you have not yet added to the cart:
Once you click on the "Add to Cart" button and add the item to your shopping cart, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" dropdown option on the right side of the page.
To change the quantity for items already added to the cart:
Go to Cart, click on the quantity dropdown box to the right of the title and choose the desired quantity. The quantity number for the item and order amount will be updated automatically.

Q: How to place Bulk Orders?

Q: Why am I unable to place orders?
A: This could be due to the following issues:
- Check if there is a Payment is declined.
- The item you have selected is out of stock.
- There is some technical or internet connectivity issue.
- Undeliverable to selected location/pincode.
- Check if there is a quantity limit.

Q: Do we offer Cash on Delivery?
A: As of now, we are unable to offer the COD option. There have been instances where it has been seen that the customer places the order in COD mode and do not accept the package when the logistic people tries to handover it to them. Because of this we have to pay forward and backward shipping fees to the logistic partner and finally we incur a huge amount of loss.
Q: How to place gift orders?
A: After you have added the products to your cart and is at Checkout page. You will see a box below product details as "Order Special Instructions". You can mention there, if you would like to send the order as a gift to the addressee. We will pack it accordingly and will ship it a gift to your dear ones. The gift packaging service can be availed at just ₹30.
Q: Can I change or modify orders that are already placed?
A: We will try our best to honour your request in modifying the quantity or modifying the address. But the same change won't be possible if the product is shipped. Therefore, contact us immediately for any mistake you might have done while placing the orders.
Q: I ordered a wrong item. How can I stop the order?
A: If you feel you have placed order for a wrong item. You have the option to cancel it but the cancellation won't be possible if the product is shipped.

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, you can return the order purchased from retailmaharaj.com. We understand preference and circumstances may change and sometime you may wish to return some items. If the product delivered is not what you had purchased or is damaged during transit. We will provide replacement without any questions asked. However, we will request our customers not to return product without any valid reason.
Q: How will I get refunded for the returned orders?
A: Refunds will be issued through your preferred payment method (except cash transfers) or as coupons, as per your choice.
- In the case of NEFT, it would take 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your account through which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you request a return/exchange for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
Q: I have received a damaged/defective or wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
A: You can request a return/exchange by contacting our customer care. Please indicate whether you are looking for a return or exchange, provide the reason for return/exchange, and include up to 5 images of the product.
Please allow us 5 to 7 days from the day you request a return/exchange for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the book(s) prior to issuing refund/replacement.
In case you have received the wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe and undamaged. Also, retain the invoice and the packaging for successful pick-up and return.

A: Yes, we cater our customers from all across the world. You can place orders from any part of the world. In fact, our mission is to make products available from India to all the customers from across the globe at ease.
