The blessings of “Shri Bala Chandrika” have enabled me to present this long-awaited treatise on “Nadi Astrology” in English to the astrological fraternity. This book is the result of extensive study, research, and admiration for the work of Dr. B.V. Raman, who published countless articles on Nadi Astrology in The Astrological Magazine from 1940 to 1998. The most influential work was Dr. Naga Raja Sarma's article “Challenge of Nadi Literature,” published in January 1952 in the Annual Number of The Astrological Magazine. After studying it more than 10 times, it inspired me to undertake this task.
Having dedicated my time from 1958 to 1998 to studying the subject in depth, I am now able to share my findings in a compact treatise for researchers and students. I also owe much gratitude to Late Shri R. Santhanam, whose Deva Keralam (Chandra-Kala Nadi) provided valuable insights that have been used in this work.
This book is an effort to shed light on the intricate and profound system of Nadi Astrology, aiming to make it accessible to readers and scholars interested in this ancient discipline.
