Summary:
Charaibeti Charaibeti is not just a travelogue or autobiography, but a contemporary journey through life, told in the form of a modern-day ballad. After crossing the flow of 55 unseen springs of his career, the author reflects on the bridges between two worlds: Information Technology & Management, and Art & Culture. The narrative unfolds a conversational tone, bringing forth personal anecdotes from his rich and varied experiences.

The author takes the reader through fascinating moments, like having tea with Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Dalai Lama, and President Pranab Mukherjee, while also detailing his daring visit to Pak-occupied Kashmir in 1965. The stories cover a broad spectrum, from meeting Rusi Modi and J.R.D. Tata, to a mystical connection with places like Dhaka-Bikrampur-Bajrayogini. It also touches on personal experiences teaching in five Chinese cities, as well as the begging industry of Mumbai's Marine Drive.

The tone of the book is subdued, unveiling personal memories, all while staying out of the hustle of politics, economics, and social discourse. It is a smooth, reflective journey through the author’s life, akin to walking through Charaibeti (the journey of life).
