Book Description

"Amrita Sandhane Sada Darja" is a collection of two poignant novels that explore the theme of parental love and bonding. Both stories center around the deep connection between parents and their children, transcending physical separation and time.

In "Amrita Sandhane", the story focuses on Tamal, a son who embarks on a journey with his sister, Meenakshi, to reconnect with their lost father. Despite the absence of a direct physical link, they feel an inexplicable spiritual bond with him. The narrative takes them from Kolkata to Haridwar's Kumbh Mela, where they hope to find their father among the vast crowds. This journey is not just a physical search but a spiritual one, blending the mystical with the real.

On the other hand, "Sada Darja" tells the story of Anindya, an artist who finds himself slowly spiraling into self-destruction after his wife leaves him. However, his life takes a new turn when he meets Sabuj, a young boy selling peanuts, who helps Anindya rediscover his purpose in life. Sabuj becomes the catalyst for Anindya's emotional revival, reigniting the hope and will to live. The novel explores the healing power of love and how one small connection can change a person's entire outlook on life.

Both stories share a deep, emotional resonance, emphasizing the unseen bonds of love and care that can sometimes guide us through life’s darkest moments.
