About the Author:

Dr. Suchismita Majumdar holds an M.Sc., MLIS, and PhD from the University of Calcutta and is qualified for both NET and SET. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and librarianship, she is currently employed at Sir Gurudas Mahavidyalaya, Kolkata. Her Ph.D. research in Library and Information Science and Material Science focused on enhancing paper properties with zinc oxide nanoparticle coatings, developing water-repellent and anti-fungal paper.

Dr. Majumdar has published extensively in reputed UGC Care peer-reviewed journals (both national and international) and has authored books and chapters for prominent publishers. She has also completed a UGC-sponsored minor research project at Sir Gurudas Mahavidyalaya. Dr. Majumdar is a well-known speaker, reviewer, and academic counselor, and she is actively involved in organizing and contributing to conferences, seminars, and webinars.

Additionally, she holds a patent in "AI-Based Learning and Teaching Devices" and is an academic leader, serving as the coordinator of the IQAC at Sir Gurudas Mahavidyalaya and as the Program Officer for National Service Scheme (NSS).
