Jochen Roose is a Professor of Social Sciences at the Willy Brandt Centre of the University of Wroclaw, Poland. He is known for his in-depth work on social theory, civic engagement, and European studies.

Hella Dietz is affiliated with the Institute for Sociology at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany. Her research interests include political sociology and social movements.
