About the Book
This book presents the remarkable lives of two of India’s most influential personalities:

  • Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman – Born on 7th November 1888 in Tiruchirappalli, Southern India, Raman was nurtured in an academic environment from an early age. He entered Presidency College, Madras, in 1902, won the gold medal in physics in 1904, and earned his M.A. with highest distinctions in 1907. Raman’s pioneering work in physics earned him the Nobel Prize and established him as one of India’s greatest scientists.

  • Swami Vivekananda – Born on 12th January 1863 as Narendranath Datta, Vivekananda was an Indian Hindu monk, philosopher, author, and religious teacher. As the chief disciple of Ramakrishna, he played a key role in introducing Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world, raising interfaith awareness, and establishing Hinduism as a major global religion.

This edition offers an inspiring insight into the achievements, teachings, and enduring legacies of these iconic figures, making it ideal for students, researchers, and readers seeking motivation and cultural knowledge.
