📚 About the Book:

"Dahan" is not just the story of a courageous woman; it is a powerful commentary on women’s freedom, social hypocrisy, and the struggles for justice.

Based on a real-life incident near Tollygunge Metro Station, this novel raises critical questions about women’s safety, societal pressure, legal struggles, and the reality of gender equality.

The protagonist of this novel fights against injustice when she witnesses a woman being harassed, but soon realizes that the real battle is not just against the perpetrators, but against an entire system that tries to suppress women's voices.

🔹 What does true women’s empowerment look like?
🔹 Can the legal system truly provide justice?
🔹 Does society support brave women, or does it try to silence them?

"Dahan" is more than a story—it is a social critique that exposes the harsh realities of women’s struggles for dignity and justice.
