About the Author: Professor K. Srinivas is currently the Head of the Department of Philosophy at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. He earned his PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, in 1983. His research interests encompass Indian philosophy, analytic philosophy, epistemology (East & West), philosophy of science, and modern logic. He has authored several books, including A.J. Ayer's Logical Positivism (1990), A Dictionary of Philosophy (1993), and P.T. Raju (2001). Additionally, he has presented papers at international seminars in countries like the USA, Germany, Austria, West Indies, and Thailand. He has also been a visiting faculty member at University of Oregon (USA), Chemnitz Technological University (Germany), and Assumption University (Thailand).

Professor V. Kutumba Sastry, a well-known Vedic scholar, is the Vice-Chancellor of Rashtriya Samskrit Samsthan, New Delhi. He specializes in Advaita Vedanta and Sanskrit poetics. Professor Sastry has published extensively in these areas and is a recipient of several prestigious awards. He has traveled globally to promote Sanskrit studies and the teachings of the Vedas and Advaita Vedanta, and was recently elected as the President of the International Association of Sanskrit Studies, Paris.
