Baleshwar Pandey is a renowned professor of Social Work at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, with over three decades of experience in education and research. He has served as the head of the department and the dean of the faculty at the university. Additionally, he has been a guest professor at several other universities. Dr. Pandey has authored more than 22 advanced-level books on social work and human resources and has been a member of various academic and research committees.

Tejeskar Pandey is a senior officer selected by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. He has held important positions in the Uttar Pradesh government and has made significant contributions to the field of social work. His works, including books like Samaajik Vayaktik Seva Kaarya and Samaajik Samaahik Seva Kaarya, have been highly useful for students preparing for MSW, NET, and administrative services.
