About the Book

Cadet Diary 2.0: Psychology of Warrior Ethos and Cadet Leadership Development is a natural extension of the earlier book Cadet Diary (2018), responding to requests for deeper insights into topics that were previously underexplored. This edition focuses on vital military topics such as good military habits, self-regulation, and the development of trust in the military, alongside exploring new areas like women in uniform, leadership challenges in establishing equality in command teams, and the psychological impact of Artificial Intelligence.

The book also discusses the importance of value culture in the military and introduces a novel perspective on how leaders influence resilient stress response within the community. These topics provide essential insights into leadership development, making this book an invaluable resource for officer cadets aspiring to become better military leaders.

It is recommended that Cadet Diary 2.0 be read in conjunction with the earlier Cadet Diary to maximize learning and development in military leadership.
