About the Author
Nirendranath Chakraborty, born in Faridpur, Bangladesh, is one of the most celebrated poets and writers in Bengali literature. With a deep connection to both the written word and journalism, Chakraborty made significant contributions to the literary and journalistic landscapes of Bengal. He had a long and successful career at Anandabazar Patrika, eventually becoming the editorial advisor to the publication.
