Panchakanya O Agnimitra:
Agnimitra Sen is a high-ranking professional in the advertising world. Her life revolves around not only her parents, sister, and lover but also five other women. These women have left a deep impact on her—some with their unfulfilled motherhood, some as victims of domestic violence, some facing family opposition in achieving ambitions, and others grappling with personal sorrows. Their struggles have moved her, angered her, and at the same time, made her courageous. The five women become an inseparable part of Agnimitra's life. -
Ballari:
Ballari, a girl from a conservative family, is raped by her lover’s elder brother, who, being mentally unstable, is easily granted bail. When she decides to abort the resulting fetus, she meets Dr. Shankha. Her father, struggling with mental instability since her mother’s death, adds to her hardships. With Shankha’s support, Ballari starts moving forward in life. Eventually, Shankha proposes to her, but she initially rejects the idea of living under one roof with a mentally unstable person. However, as her fear subsides, she agrees to marry him.
