The Tangail saree is a traditional, handwoven masterpiece that showcases the intricate art of weaving with extra weft buti—tiny motifs repeated throughout the saree using the Jacquard loom. These sarees are known for their light, breathable cotton fabric, making them perfect for daily wear.

• Crafting Process: Tangail sarees are handwoven by 1,000 weavers and 2,000 ancillary artisans primarily in the Nadia and Bardhaman districts of Bengal. They take approximately 2-3 days to create.

• Designs and Motifs: The sarees are adorned with floral patterns or contemporary motifs, reflecting a blend of traditional artistry and modern design.
