About the Author:
- Anita Agnihotri was born in September 1956 in Kolkata. She completed her education at Presidency College and Calcutta University before pursuing her postgraduate studies in Economics in England.
- Since 1980, she has been a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
- Her literary career began with her short story স্থানান্তর (Sthanantor) published in Desh Magazine, after which she became a regular contributor to children’s literature.
