He specializes in the policy and planning of higher education and has conducted extensive research in the areas of internationalization and financing of higher education. Prof. Bhushan has been involved in organizing workshops, conferences, and training programs for senior university and college functionaries. He has authored and edited three books and has written numerous research papers in his field.
