About the Author / Editor:
Dr. H. M. Saxena, a senior geographer and member of the Rajasthan Education Service since 1967, has held positions as Lecturer, Head of the Post-Graduate Department of Geography, Principal, and Joint Director of College Education in the Government of Rajasthan. He has authored numerous research papers and books, including Environmental Studies, Transport Geography, Environmental Geography, Regulated Agricultural Markets, and Environmental Management.
