About the Book:
This book traces the life and legacy of an extraordinary administrator, Sir Thanjavur Madhava Row, who is the great-great-grandfather of the author. Sir Madhava Row was an exceptional visionary and a dedicated administrator, whose achievements were remarkable despite his relatively short life.
His influence was felt in three major Indian states: Travancore, Indore, and Baroda, where he demonstrated how effective governance could be achieved through single-handed visionary leadership. The book highlights his profound impact on the development and administration of these regions, making it an important historical account of his contributions to India.
