About the Author:
Nrsinghprasad Bhaduri was born on 23rd November 1950 in the present-day Pabna district of Bangladesh, and spent his adolescence in Kolkata. A brilliant student throughout his life, he earned scholarships for his studies. He received the Gangamani Medal and National Merit Scholarship based on his honours exam results. He completed his Master's in Sanskrit Literature from Calcutta University, studying under the guidance of Mahamahopadhyay Kalipad Terkacharya and former Sanskrit College Principal Professor Vishnupad Bhattacharya.

He began his career as a lecturer at Nabadwip Vidyasagar College and continued as a professor at Gurudas College, Kolkata, from 1981 to 2010. Currently, he is engaged in research related to the Mahabharat and Purana literature. In 1987, he earned his Doctorate under the guidance of the renowned professor Sukumari Bhattacharya, focusing on Krishna-related Drama. His research papers have been published in various national and international journals, and he is a regular contributor to publications like Anandabazar Patrika, Desh, and Bortoman.
