Sri U.S. Pulippani (Sundara Varadachari) is a retired technical officer from the railways and a profound linguist, fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi, Sanskrit, Telugu, and Marathi. Known for his excellent penmanship in English, he is an expert in both Vedic and Western Astrological Systems. Additionally, he specializes in oriental Chinese Oracles, including I-Ching, Feng Shui, and Animal Zodiacal Astrology. He is also well-versed in Vasthu, Rules, and Tarot, with over 45 years of expertise and widespread acclaim in these fields.
