A prominent scholar in Indology, he holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Sanskrit from Utkal University, a Postgraduate degree and M.Phil. from Kurukshetra University, and a Ph.D. in Vedic Studies from Punjab University.

Dr. Panda’s expertise spans across various branches of Indology, including Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, and Indian Philosophy.
