Medha Kumthekar is a distinguished professor and former head of the Department of Psychology at SNDT Women’s University, Pune. With over thirty years of teaching experience, Medha Kumthekar has specialized in clinical and counselling psychology. Her core interest lies in research methodology and statistics, with expertise in psychological testing and the application of statistical methods. As a practising psychologist and counselor, she has conducted numerous workshops on testing and methodology. She was also involved in the formation of several psychological tests by the NCERT.
