Piyush Tiwari: Associate Professor of Property at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He helped establish the School of Real Estate in 2013 and has held significant positions in policy at the Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC), India.

Ranesh Nair: A management consultant and urban enthusiast, Ranesh was part of the High Powered Expert Committee on Urban Infrastructure, Government of India. He also served as Senior Vice President of Policy at IDFC, New Delhi.
