Details: The Saptasatisasarvasva (Quintessence of Saptasati) is the collection of two compositions viz. Devikr-patusaragiri and Sudhakallolini. Sudhakallolini is a beautiful poetic condensation of the Saptasati, a stotraratna/mahamantra. It is composed by Dr. K. Vishnu Namputiri, a scholar of Sanskrit grammar and a graceful poet. In 108 Sanskrit verses couched in upajati metre, he has reproduced the whole story of Devimahatmya. Devotees who do not get time to perform the Parayana of Saptasati in its original form, may well resort to Dr. Namputiri's Sudhakallolini. Moreover, Sudhakallolini is a beautiful literary piece abounding in poetic excellence.
