However, things begin to change for the worse as Menley is reminded about her little Bobby at every instant. Strange events begin to occur, which take her back to the past. Menley begins to get paranoid about Hannah’s safety and fears for her life. Adam, meanwhile, takes on the case of a client who has allegedly killed his wife by drowning her.
On the one hand, Adam’s marriage has begun to crumble again and on the other, he has a difficult client to deal with. Events turn out such that these two scenarios conjoin and a disturbing web is created. The Nichols’ marriage, Menley’s sanity and Hannah’s safety is at stake when an intense confrontation takes place on a rain-stricken beach.
