This book, grounded in extensive research by the author, critically examines the fundamental question of educational quality.
Manzoor Ahmad Bhat identifies key factors that can enhance educational quality, offering operational definitions and objective measures. The book aims to help planners, policymakers, and education administrators develop a deeper understanding of quality improvement, particularly during the formative years of an individual’s educational journey.
