R. Ram Mohan Rao is a retired Professor from the Department of Geography at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has published several books and research articles, having worked on numerous research projects both in India and abroad. Rao has also served as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Texas, USA.
Afzal Sharieff was a Professor in the Department of Geography at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He specialized in environmental studies and GIS, guiding numerous research students and conducting several significant studies on environmental issues.
