With over 375 articles, 24 books, and numerous research papers to his credit, Dr. Hooja is a recognized authority in the fields of management, organizational behavior, decentralization, and development administration. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of Prashasnika and is a member of the editorial boards of leading journals in public administration.
Girish K. Srivastava, a Professor of Management at the HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration, brings extensive experience in management development and training, having written over 30 research papers and 4 books.
