About the Authors:
Dr. N. C. Panda is a Professor of Sanskrit at the Vishveshwaranand Vishvabandhu Institute of Sanskrit and Indological Studies, Panjab University, Hoshiarpur. With academic roots from Utkal, Kurukshetra, and Panjab Universities, he holds advanced degrees in Vedic Studies, Indian Philosophy, Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, Ayurveda, and German. He is also the Joint Editor of the Vishveshvaranand Indological Research Journal.
Dr. K. M. Suresh, born in 1952, is a noted archaeologist and former Registrar and Director (Museum) at Kannada University, Hampi. He holds an M.A. from Karnataka University and a Ph.D. from Utkal University on the sculptural art of Hampi-Vijayanagara. With two decades of service in the Archaeological Survey of India, he has worked at several important museum sites and participated in major excavations. He has authored several books and continues to mentor scholars in temple architecture and sculpture.
