Professor Rattan Lal Hangloo is a distinguished historian currently holding the Chair of Indian Studies at Tbilisi University, Georgia. He has served as Professor of History at the University of Hyderabad and was also the Dean of Global Relations at the Central University of Punjab. Internationally recognized, Professor Hangloo has held academic positions and fellowships at prestigious institutions such as the University of West Indies, University of Delaware, University of Michigan, and Heidelberg University. With seven authored books and over eighty published papers, he remains a leading voice in South Asian history, particularly in the field of science and cultural transformation.
