📖 About the Book

My first book, a Marathi poetry collection titled Ek Aavegala Mrityu, was published in 1996. Later, in 2013, my first Hindi novel Geeta Chali Gai was released. This third book was originally published in Marathi by Vijay Prakashan, Nagpur, in January 2015.

During the years of the Janlokpal Bill agitation led by respected Anna Hazare, widespread discussions on corruption and the struggles of the common man became the center of public attention. Witnessing these conversations inspired the author to write this novel centered on the theme of corruption — a topic that remains both vital and relevant.

The novel has already been published in Hindi, and this English version aims to reach a broader audience. A Bengali translation is also in progress.

The author expresses heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Jayashree Naidu from Solapur for the initial translation and typing, and to Capt. Dr. Anil Deoghare for revising and editing the manuscript. Special thanks are extended to Mr. Manmohan Sharma and his team at Anuradha Prakashan for publishing the book promptly.

This book is a thoughtful exploration of social issues and personal integrity, written with sincerity and purpose — an inspiring read for all who care about truth and justice.
